Snow trouble!

Well it looks like im not running today the paths which were full of snow have now frozen and become ice! So if i go out i would be risking an injury which just isnt worth it!

Im hoping its all going to melt away for tomorrow (fingerscrossed!)

So today im just going to do weights and stability ball! Also i think i will drag my wii bike out and sit pedaling on that for a while with some ankle weights on.

I got an email back from the Suffolk Coast run in May they sent me a form to fill out! Going to do the 6 mile course! you get a medal and bacon roll at the end of the race lol

Also trying to rope some friends and family into doing it with me! They have 3 months to prepare so plenty of time if they get started now 😀

Other news! a friend of mine who i have been telling to start jogging for over a year has now told me she just bought a gps watch and running clothes!! yay!

She lives in London so is going to start a beginners jogging plan when the snow clears there! Im so excited for her! as i think she would really enjoy running if she gives it time and patience! I told her we could do a race togeather when i visit in October if she likes! So thats a bit more motivation for her as well 😀
