Back to it :)

So this morning i woke up deciding i was going to have a nice long walk and start running again on monday.

So i enjoyed the cooler weather with a nice long 4 mile walk burning 310 calories according to my Garmin! My thighs were tingling by the time i got home.

Then it was home to have a rest then a nice lunch of chicken and veggies yummy!

In the afternoon i cleaned the house from top to bottom! I was sweating like crazy at the end of it as its hot outside and not the best days to clean lol

Decided to start weights again tomorrow and just focus on alot of walking today:)

Now i plan to go out for another walk after 5pm when theres more shadows and the temp drops slightly.

So my plan of walk/jogging and burning 500 cals doing it 5 days a week is coming along nicely! So it will either be all in the morning or a jog/walk in the morning then another in the afternoon depending on how i feel and whats going on.
