Its Friday! YAY!

Today is full of positivity! I started off the morning with Cardio Axe which is the 30min cardio workout from the Brazilian butt lift plan im following!

Then i went onto 30 minutes of stability ball abs cardio 😛     

Straight after there was a 2 minutes and 1 sec plank of the day held.

Then a break for lunch and a green tea! Chatted on twitter to a few people and sent out some positive attitude and motivation to those who needed it! 😀

This afternoon was house cleaning time which got a bit sweaty but its all done now.

Then 30 minutes of the Bum Bum workout! After a load of re-verse crunches and some donkey kicks to finish off the day.

Im feeling it alot in my inner thighs, butt and abs from all these workouts and loving it! Got to keep it up! 4 weeks and 3 days and im going to the UK and i want to push hard until then 🙂

Im also happy its friday! which means i get to spent time with Alex and get him outside walking or doing something this weekend!
