3 Mile run

Again this morning i struggled to get up to run and ended up having breakfast. Then after an hour i headed outside at 9am.

There were quite a few runners out already and so i settled into a slow run behind someones else and used him as a pacer. As im trying to run slower now as apparently if you train at a slower pace then you should be able to run faster on race day.

Running again was a bit of a struggle my mind wasnt in the right place but i stuck it out and completed the 3 miles.

I noticed 2 groups of italian army men walking the running paths slowly patrolling not sure why they were doing this but it was kind of comforting seeing them.

Managed to hold another 3 minute plank! feeling pretty hardcore again 😛

Im still using my stability ball all the time just to sit at the computer and still enjoying it.

I have also found another stability ball workout to do as well ‘ Adam Ford Swiss Ball exercises’ so that should be interesting! 😀

Also another 60 re-verse crunches done! i should do more but dont seem to be able to get past 60 lol

Felt tired after all that and didnt have motivation to do the Brailizan butt lift 30min workout.
